Iranian designers shine in GIT’s World Jewelry Design Awards 2025

Iranian artists won second and fourth awards in the GIT’s World Jewelry Design Awards Competitions hosted by the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (GIT).

this round of the competitions, with the participation of 899 design entries from 37 countries, ended on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, with the announcement of the 30 best designs including 2 out of 9 Iranian designs being finalists.

Ms. Shirin Kazemi with the design "Time Network" and Mr. Hamed Ja’fari with the design "Echo of Eternity" obtained the approval of the jury, including the famous Italian jewel designer (ALESSIO BOSCHI).

In addition to the two Iranian artists, two Chinese designers also won first and third places. Australia, England, Denmark, the EUA, Brazil, Myanmar, Turkey, Hungary, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Peru, Germany, South Africa, Ireland, Russia, the Netherlands, and Norway were among the countries participating in this round of the competition.
