The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Kingdom ogf Thailand meets with the Director General of Consular Affairs Department of the Minis

H.E. Mr. Nassereddin HEIDARI, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Kingdom of Thailand, met with Mr. Mungkorn Pratoomkaew, Director General of Consular Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, on July 16, 2025.

During this meeting, the latest developments of bilateral consular relations between two parties, including upcoming round of bilateral consular talks on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Iran and Thailand which is set to take place in Bangkok in November 2025, facilitating the granting of visas to Iranian tourists, as well as among other issues, solving problems related to a few Iranian nationals detained in Thailand, were discussed.
